Modern Commercial Building
What is Flammable Cladding?

Flammable cladding, such as Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP), consists of two thin sheets of aluminium with a combustible core. This material poses significant fire risks, endangering building occupants and nearby properties

Why Remediation is Necessary

Remediating flammable cladding is vital to enhance building safety and reduce fire risks. NSW regulations mandate the identification and rectification of buildings with such cladding. Additionally, many insurers require the removal of flammable cladding as a condition for re-insurance.

Our Comprehensive Remedial Service

Our dedicated team of specialists, including engineers, certifiers, and builders, is equipped to manage the entire remediation process from start to finish. We ensure compliance, cost-effective repairs, and meticulous attention to detail without taking shortcuts.

Case Study: Macquarie Park Project

Our recent project in Macquarie Park involved intricate recladding of both internal and external building surfaces. The majority of these panels were "cassette" style which we had fabricated to suit the exisitng style. This complex task required various access equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. The replacement cladding, a solid aluminium panel compliant with the National Construction Code (NCC), matched the existing finish to satisfy council requirements.

North Ryde flammable cladding

Our project in North Ryde required removal of combustible cladding to all external building surfaces. These panels were installed in a glazing style channel with a large amunt of insulation behind broken down. We were able to replace these panels which we cut onsite to keep the cost to a minimum and replaced any broken down insulation with non combustible products.
