Founded in 2015. TopBuild is owned and operated by Licensed builder Alex Henebery. With over a decade of experience in both Residential and Commercial Building we have built our reputation by delivering high quality work, great communication with our customers and focusing on transpoarency throughout the process.

Topbuild has established itself as remedial and repair specialsits. In the commercial space we specialise in structural repair, concrete repair,  combustible cladding facade remediation and stripout/make good works.

We have expanded our specialist repair and remediation services to the residential industry also.

 To assist our clients in avoiding large and unforseen costs we also offer preventative maintenance products by delivering high quality, detailed property inspections ranging from simple property health checks (maintenance reports), drone roof inspections, right through to detailed  defect inspections. Being independent this means we maintain a high quality, consistent report compared to some other "tick and flick" style reports.
